WASHINGTON (JCHAYWARD.COM) — Food is a big part of the holiday season. With Christmas and Kwanzaa right around the corner, Henry’s Soul Café co-owner’s Jermaine Smith and Bernard Brooks stopped by WUSA9 on Monday to preprare a favorite dish, black-eyed peas.
With its long tradition of fine southern cooking, and their most popular item-sweet potato pie, the two sell over 50,000 all natural ingredient, freshly baked pies each year.
Henry’s Soul Café is located in Oxon Hill, Md, on K Street, and U Street in D.C.
