WASHINGTON (JCHAYWARD.COM) – Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! Baking Challenge is bringing restaurants, bakers, and people into a community around food to benefit a local non-profit.
Baking challenge creator, Michon Boston joined JC Hayward to promote the baking challenge and let JC taste past cake winners.
Martha’s Table is the beneficiary for the 2013 Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! Pie Baking Challenge and host of the semifinals March 23, 2013.
Martha’s Table is a non-profit in D.C. that helps at-risk, less fortunate individuals in the surrounding communities develop their living situation into a better one through volunteer programs.
The 2013 Finals will be held at Eatonville Restaurant in April and featured on Eatonville’s Dessert menu.
