Chef Provides Secrets To Mexican Cooking At Home

WASHINGTON (JCHAYWARD.COM) –  Host of the public television series Pati’s Mexican Table, which premiered nationwide in 2011, cooking teacher, food writer and official Chef of the Mexican Cultural Institute in DC, Pati Jinich, authored a new book, Pati’s Mexican Table, which was released on Tuesday.    

Jinich joined JC Hayward to prepare her signature dish, Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, and debut her new book that focuses on the secrets of Mexican home cooking.
